According to IEEE Std 1278.1-1995, the Transmitter PDU the Antenna Pattern Parameter record shall be represented by a Beam Antenna Pattern record, when the Antenna Pattern Type field in the Transmitter PDU has a value of 1.
The field Reference System is represented by a 8-bit enumeration, so the datatype should be represented by a byte and not a short
