Why the changes in this PR are needed?
This docs-only PR fixes a typo that incorrectly describes using the Istio
EnvoyFilterresource, which has now been superseded in OPA docs by theAuthorizationPolicyresource.What are the changes in this PR?
Update language and link in conclusion of the Istio tutorial.
