cmd/telemetrygen: add HTTP export for logs (#29078)

**Description:**

Closes
#18867

**Testing:**

Ran opentelemetry-collector locally with debug exporter, then used
telemetrygen with `--otlp-http` with and without `--otlp-insecure`.

**Documentation:** None
