Implement missing context methods

Description

I am not an expert in gRPC, but I think this should fix this issue. I did this:

1. I created a virtual environment with this:

2. I cloned the gRPC repo as per this
3. I created this 2 files in .../grpc/examples/python/helloworld (both these files are pretty much copy and paste of this:

Without these changes I would end up getting the error reported in #321 when I ran client.py.
