This adds the following features to account_bank_statement_import_txt_xlsx for compatibility with the CSV format used by Volksbank, GLS Bank and possibly others:

  • skip lines at beginning and end of file
  • add or rename column headings
  • strip newlines from description
  • parse receipient's IBAN from description
