Oh well, F40 comes with go 1.22.3 so we have to fix the Go 1.22 compatibility first. Back to draft this goes. |
Get the image from Fedora directly. Also, remove the comment about cgroup v2 as it is also tested on Ubuntu 22.04 now. Signed-off-by: Kir Kolyshkin <kolyshkin@gmail.com>

Get the image directly from Fedora (see https://fedoraproject.org/cloud/download) as F40 is still not available from vagrant (https://app.vagrantup.com/fedora/).
Also, remove the cgroup v2 comment as it is now obsoleted (we also test cgroup v2 on Ubuntu 22.04 and CentOS Stream 9).
