runc has deprecated github.com/opencontainers/runc/libcontainer/user, so we need to switch to the new module hosted in the Moby project. The code was copied verbatim so we don't need to make any changes other than swapping the import path. Signed-off-by: Aleksa Sarai <cyphar@cyphar.com>
