feat: added azure Entra authentication and service connector log in options

When connecting to Azure db services, there is an option to use Entra for Authentication. To facilitate this it requires the use of oauth tokens for passwords and a Service Connector configuration. There are three types of authentication "system", "user" and "service-principal".

Description

Added azure token generation step.

Motivation and Context

I needed the ability to use azure managed identities from Entra ID

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested with a container running in Azure

Adds additional env variables
