HOST_OS=MINGW32_NT-10.0
checking pkg-config libraries:   cairo zlib openssl glew glfw3 libcurl 
with PKG_CONFIG_LIBDIR=
     copying dlls to bin
bin/MOCAP_CSV2OSC.exe: not found
     0 dlls copied

It only looks for the Release build.

Fix might be to look for either
