build(deps): pick up drop-in changes for server

Update the following deps, test by exercising corresponding function:

- `@hapi/joi`, `bcrypt` - login via OTP
- `sharp` - QR code generation
- `aws-sdk` - file uploads
- `winston` - logging

- `nodemailer` - to be tested on staging
