Remove parameter sendFrequency

This parameter has been used in Classic UI which isn't available anymore. I also checked the Android app and it isn't used there.

It may wonder people what the parameter does when they read about it in the docs.

I think we should remove it at all.

In Basic UI, the parameter is read but then unused for the colorpicker widget.
Never used for the slider widget. If I correctly remember, this was cleaned in 4.2 when I fixed the slider widget behaviour.

I will submit a Basic UI PR to remove few useless lines for colorpicker => edit: done

Next step would be sitemap generator in Main UI.
