OP-785: updated version of fe on package.json to display proper version on main page
OP-787: added README section about handling most common errrors

OP-791: changes in modules-config.js to have dev tools still working
Front End seems not compatible with current node version (18.x) version on MacOS X Yarn compilation is OK , but gives a Gateway Error on the browser that comes from a proxy error (proxy request on localhost:8000 give a ECONNREFUSED)
