[feature request] Optimize Update Logic for Advanced Stateful Sets

We can refer to the upstream community's optimization of the StatefulSet, abstracting the core logic to make the functions updateStatefulSet concise and easy to understand.

Why is this needed:
The function updateStatefulSet is too long and hard to understand.
