IE10 compatibility: no tooltip on icon.html example

How to reproduce:

• Open IE10 on Win7 without touch
• Load http://ol3js.org/en/master/examples/icon.html
• click on the icon
• nothing happens

Expected

• Open IE10 on Win7 without touch
• Load http://ol3js.org/en/master/examples/icon.html
• Click on the icon
• A tooltip displaying "Null Island" appears

Note:

• Does work on chrome

Here's what I get on Win 7, IE 10.0 (via Browser Stack):

Only works if the browser mode is "IE10" (can be changed with the developer tools, F12)
EDIT: correction: also works if the mode is "IE10 Compat View" but not "IE9"
EDIT 2: forget this comment; browserstack is probably not the right tool to test the mouse events

Hi,

let me precise the use case. I can also reproduce both tooltip or no
tooltip display on browserstack, Win7, IE10, 1024x768

Tooltip:

• load the page
• click on the icon
• tooltip is displayed

No Tooltip

• load the page
• double click on congo
• the map zoom on congo
• pan left to Null Island
• click on Icon
• no tooltip
