Based on feedback in Slack, the primary purpose of this PR is to address the need to reference the installation of the VS Code Extensions in the introductory sections in case readers wish to interactively follow the initial walkthroughs.

This PR

  • Adds a reference to the installation section in the Zowe Explorer introduction
  • Adds a reference to the installation section in the Code4z section
  • Moves the Zowe Explorer feature overview section ahead of the Zowe Explorer profiles section
  • Notes the overlap between the functionality provided by Z Open Editor and the COBOL Language Support extension. Readers can elect which extension they would like to enable.
  • Makes minor edits and improvements
