The Adomni DSP has inventory from publishers that is best categorized as both a "bar" and a "restaurant" (e.g. TVs visible throughout the venue). The current taxonomy would require picking one or the other.

I would think our spectrum might look something like:

Bars - only serve liquor : little / no food
Bars - some food : "light food" but complete meals
Restaurants - with a full bar : good food & lots of liquor
Restaurants - limited alcohol : beer/wine
Restaurants - do not serve alcohol : no alcohol or BYO

(with something like that for coffeeshop/vs.campaigns and other combinations)

@ndbabb is that in-line with how you view things? Would this be possible/reasonable to maybe pick 1+ in the middle and just add... another category like (Restaurants with Full Bars?)

Looking at the category a bit more closely - it's kind of funny that we hae "Casual Dining" but not say "Fast Food" (which seems like it would be potentially common. A lack of "Fine Dining" seems... more understandable...
