- factored out duplicate tool information - moved tool resources to dedicated file in `./docs` directory; and - added some icons and resources to tool documentation.
- setup and user guide reviewed; - incomplete maintainers guide.
- changed machine environment name to ViPER in `Vagrantfile`; - changed local account name to `viper`; - changed DDHN references to ViPER; - renamed the `ddhn.tools` ansible role to `viper.tools`; - renamed the `ddhn.tools` ansible variables so that they are `viper.` prefixed; and - removed VirtualBox Guest Additions variables from environment setup.
DOC: Improve tool documentation
- replaced references to DDHN VRE or VRE with ViPER; - updated documentation to reflect: - new account name `viper`; - new download links; - upate of virtual machine resources; - use of Debian 11 (Bullseye) rather than Debian 9 (Stretch); - collated site references; - removed redundant VM initialisation section from `README.md`; and - corrected Markdown lint issues.
- upgraded tools and dependencies where simple: - veraPDF -> 1.22.3; - DROID -> 6.6.1 with signature file updates; - MediaInfo -> 23.04; - MediaConch -> 23.03; and - assorted MediaArea dependencies; - Debian packaged tools updated with OS upgrade; and - removed redundant nginx ansible role.
- new tool use primer; - purged references to VRE; - small typos and changes; and - Added a FAQS and Known Issues page.
- added site menu bar with logo and links to main pages; - dropped back to Bootstrap 4; - added appropriate front matter from Jekyll processing; and - added site logos for branding.
