- added remaining messages to be implemented to `odf-core/src/main/resources/org/openpreservation/odf/messages/Messages.properties`; - new documentation file, `docs/VALIDATION.md`, that lists the validation messages, severity and criteria; and - removed redundant documentation from `README.md` and added a reference to `docs/VALIDATION.md`.
