#13 and #14 discuss empty columns: a column is said to be empty, if it contains only missing values. @HelenCEBMmentioned that an empty column often indicates an issue with, for example, a codelist (opensafely-core/cohort-extractor#496). So, it would be useful to highlight empty columns.
I don't think this is going to be a quick win, because dataset-report leans on Pandas to generate the HTML tables that comprise a dataset report. Addressing these under certain conditions may involve generating them in the template itself, unless there's a fancy-pants CSS alternative.
