Refactor logo usage

Also:
* Move logos to a central location
* Make the loading spinner color-scheme-aware
* Recreate `OverviewPageHeader`, `HomeIcon`, `HeaderLogo`, `SolutionTitle`, `Welcome`, `Overview` tests
* Enhance `ExitFullScreenButton`, `Header` tests
* Tinified favicon assets
