Pushing with workflow_dispatch, to allow the workflow to be called (multiple times if required )manually from Gh UI, once confident with the workflow jobs execution, this will be modified to go with tag creation.

Only thing I need more info in on your suggestion to use GITHUB_TOKEN, so you want to use GITHUB_TOKEN from the existing organization GitHub App?

I mean this is going to be run as a cron, so why isn't this token: ${{ secrets.GITHUB_TOKEN }}. Who maintains CIBOTAUTOPR, is it something new?

We need a secret a create a PR cross repo, from build repo to plugin repo, hence we need token as secret that has the required permission, do you recommend to go with GITHUB_TOKEN from the existing organization GitHub App?

Hey two changes are pushed in latest commit:

• Instead of personal access token modified the PR to use GH app specific token as they are short lived and more secure compared to personal access token, I have tested to raise a cross repo PR using a test GH app.
