Please describe the Improvement and/or Feature Request
Implementation of the SMI spec for HTTP header based filtering. I didnt see a GitHub issue for it so assuming that it is not there.

Customers will find these HTTP header based routing rules very useful

We have already implemented this for the Traffic Access Policy and the issue #705 which requires an update of the traffic split will include this
