Agent workaround for the rhcos storage issue

This patch is meant to be a temporary workaround until https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OCPBUGS-8036 fix will be available for the 4.13 and 4.14 branches.

The rhcos version tested is 413.92.202303011445-0 (so the one still affected by the storage issue), so the workaround seems to be ok for the compact and sno topologies.
