CVE PRISMA-2022-0227 found for github.com/emicklei/go-restful/v3 package

Hi Team,

We are getting CVE PRISMA-2022-0227 for github.com/emicklei/go-restful/v3 package for /usr/local/bin/oc. Could see v3.9.0 is being used here. But it has fix available in v3.10.1 - emicklei/go-restful#521
