v0.2: Merge pull request #98 from ewolinetz/uuid_indices

This release has changes such as daemonsets, fluentd indicies using the namespace UUID for more uniqueness. We also have updated the deployer to have an install and migrate mode to use if you are going from a pre v0.2 version to v0.2.
