following up from #3557 (comment)

The symbols in the preset list don't really match how we draw them on the screen.

Maybe we should try:

  • for points, make sure each icon is enclosed in marker stroke
  • for vertexes, make sure each icon is enclosed in a circular stroke

Thought about this more, lets leave it as-is.

Thought about it even more, and just decided to implement it.
I also added 26 new icons, so now almost every preset has an icon.
