The upload artifact functionality in github can't handle colons in filenames. The current code handles this for files under the most recent set of results. Motivation and Context
If there's a failure in a CI run, we get an error trying to upload artifacts.
Description
Rather than renaming files under /var/tmp/test_results/current, we now
rename files under /var/tmp/test_results.
How Has This Been Tested?
Tested in CI on my fork.
