Motivation and Context
This is an optimization which has been part of the Direct PR for a long time. Since it's a good idea with or without Direct IO pull it out in to its own PR so it can be reviewed and integrated.
Description
As of the 4.13 kernel filemap_range_has_page() can be used to check if there is a page mapped in a given file range. When available this interface should be used which eliminates the need for the zp->z_is_mapped boolean.
How Has This Been Tested?
Locally by running the ZTS mmap test cases. Pending full CI results to verify the change on a wider range of kernels.
