zap_leaf: make l_hash[] variable length to silence UBSAN #15964

Motivation and Context

When UBSAN is active and OpenZFS is a debug build, the l_hash assert at the bottom of zap_open_leaf() causes UBSAN to complain.

Description

This follows the example in 786641d to shut it up.

How Has This Been Tested?

At first it was not shut up, and then it was, hurrah!

Types of changes

  • Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
  • Performance enhancement (non-breaking change which improves efficiency)
  • Code cleanup (non-breaking change which makes code smaller or more readable)
  • Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change)
  • Library ABI change (libzfs, libzfs_core, libnvpair, libuutil and libzfsbootenv)
  • Documentation (a change to man pages or other documentation)

Checklist:

When UBSAN is active and OpenZFS is a debug build, the l_hash assert at
the bottom of zap_open_leaf() causes UBSAN to complain.

This follows the example in 786641d to shut it up.
