Deliverable: the Oppia app has all of the fundamentals needed to demonstrate the core learning experience of the app, including:

• Creating and selecting profiles on the device
• Listing all available topics
• Listening sub-topics within a topic
• Starting a story
• Starting and completing a chapter with support for:
  • Numeric input
  • Fractions input
  • Numeric input with units
  • Text input
  • Multiple choice
  • Item selection
• See hints within a chapter
• Have user misconceptions detected & raised to users during a chapter
• Practice skills
• View and review concept cards for skills
• Be asked to review a specific concept within a chapter if the app detects that the user is struggling
• Listen to audio translations
• Download topics for offline play

This includes all work in the proof-of-concept milestone.

Note that recording progress locally for completed stories/chapters is a stretch goal for this milestone.

Note also that only library compatibility portions may require vaporware, and all other work done in this milestone should be long-lived.
