Update mobo schematic with part numbers and ratings

All parts now have part numbers for at least one reseller or manufacturer along with rating specifications.

Note: I did not update the PCB with these new properties, as it seems the PCB is a bit out of sync with the schematic.

It looks like this is also moving up to KiCad 7, was that intentional? Do the actions work with KiCad 7 files?

Ah good point, we may need to update the container to ghcr.io/inti-cmnb/kicad7_auto:1.6.1, I can do a separate PR for that. There's no need to hold this one up on CI.
