Ability to specify the Font Awesome icon as field prefix and/or suffix

To achieve this, we would need an icon picker. Perhaps we could use an existing option, such as the Vanilla Icon Picker.

Initially, this could be introduced as an alternative to a textual prefix or suffix on the number and currency controls and later generalized to all textfield-based controls, per #2324.
