* Consistently merges options for expressions / operations onto those for queries / transforms. * Introduces support for handling `fields` params. * Uses serializers for serializing field and type params, including new `resourceTypeParam` serializer used for `fields[TYPE]` * Improves typings of JSONAPIRequestOptions
