### What's done: - Previously ktoml did not support special escaped characters while decoding of Char type - Added extra tests for literal strings - Moved logic related to the escaped characters to new utils file
### What's done: - Support for decoding of Infinity and Not a number values: - "-nan","+nan", "nan", "-NaN", "+NaN", "NaN" - "+inf", "inf", "-inf" - tests for covering these corner cases and empty values
