How do I add integrations.apk with the revanced-CLI

Have been trying to patch tiktok, but fails due to no integrations I believe
My command: java -jar re-cli.jar patch --patch-bundle patches.jar --out output.apk --device-serial tt.apk

Example error:

Does it matter where I put the merge?

I don't think so, you could always put the merge flag after the patch bundle one I guess

I put it just before the output flag and was getting the same error. Perhaps an issue with the tiktok apk?

For the update that no one asked for, this command did the trick:
java -jar 'revanced-cli-4.0.1-all.jar' patch --patch-bundle 'revanced-patches-2.193.0.jar'--merge 'revanced-integrations-0.119.1.apk' --out 'ttPatched-1.apk' --device-serial RFCW10ZMVMD 'tt.apk'
