Issue regarding unfinished module system_monitor on Jetson Platform

We are trying to install Autoware Universe on Jetson Xavier NX dev kit(Jetpack 5.0). We went through the setup process, and entered docker container.
When doing colcon build, it prompts error messages indicating problems with module system_monitor.

Upon inspection, we realized one of the functions in tegra_gpu_monitor.cpp is not complete. (/autoware/src/universe/autoware/system/system_monitor/src/gpu_
monitor/tegra_gpu_monitor.cpp)

We ignored this module and built the other packages without any error messages. But when we do
source /autoware/install/setup.bash
it will report
not found: "/autoware/install/system_monitor/share/system_monitor/local_setup.bash"

and when we try to launch planning_simulator, it will prompt exceptions related to that module system_monitor and halt.

Is there a way to bypass this issue and launch autoware?
When do you plan to implement that function for Tegra devices? Thank you.
