which Autoware.AI's functions to port to Autoware.Core/Universe

As announced here, autoware.ai will not be supported by AWF soon and it is recommended to use autoware.core/universe instead.

However, there are some functions which autoware.ai has but autwoare.universe/core does not have.
In order for autwoare.ai users to transit to autoware.universe/core without problems, we'd better port necessary autoware.ai's functions to autoware.universe/core.
There are already some future requests from autoware.ai. #2970

In this discussion, we'd like to get comments from autoware.ai users about which autoware.ai's functions to port to autoware.universe/core.
Please feel free to comment this kind of autoware.ai's functions so that we, as OSS developers, can implement them.
