npm run dev does not work, it gives error

Hi @ShakilSayyed, it most likely that the search module wasn't imported. The full error log is more helpful to diagnose. BTW, the theme requires extended Hugo >= v0.111.3, please check if it's related to the Hugo version (hugo version).

It would be also helpful if you have a public repo for reproducing this issue.

Hi, do you use WSL or native Windows (PowerShell)? I'm trying to reproduce it.

I was using gitbash in windows terminal, also tried to run it in powershell but the result is same.

@ShakilSayyed Hmm, I can't reproduce it, the instructions work as expected on both of WSL and PowerShell.
According to your logs, there are some extra output of Hugo CLI, how do you install the Hugo? Please give the official binary (download from releases which named extended and windows amd64) a try.

Use the downloaded Hugo CLI directly instead of npm run dev for testing.

D:\Path\to\hugo.exe server --gc --disableFastRender --enableGitInfo -D
