Request to update local copies of your iKinGazeCtrl configuration files

Hi icubers,

In sight of new upcoming (and exciting 😏) features of the gaze control, I've made an attempt to rationalize iKinGazeCtrl's command line options: see robotology/icub-main#170.

These changes affect the content of configuration files, especially for what regards the way iKinGazeCtrl retrieves information about the cameras parameters. Therefore, you are asked to update your local files accordingly.

The description of command-line options is already available at the module's page.

Just to be clear on the particular syntax --group::param val of a command line option.
This does correspond to:

[group]
param val

in the configuration file.
