Remove /boot partition from RHEL 10/CentOS Stream 10 disk images. This also adjust some tests, i.e. drop the TestEC2Partitioning as it was testing the size of the /boot partition on ec2 but that does not make sense anymore without a /boot partition. Fixes: COMPOSER-2324 Fixes: COMPOSER-2302
