When preparing #170 I also thought to maybe sort the japanese text below the english text on mobile devices. Not sure the implementation how I got there is a.) better than the current one and b.) implemented well (css consideration) which is why I based it on #170 but also kept it separate because I am not sure this is a good idea. Feedback needed.
