Downloading a mobile export in the admin reverts the selection

Problem

Suppose you want to customize then export a chart, say for a data insight. A selection change you make in the admin is not preserved when you export a mobile PNG or SVG, instead the selection reverts to the saved selection.

Steps to reproduce

1. Take a chart like this one in the admin: https://admin.owid.io/admin/charts/7168/edit
2. Modify the selection, from France to Sweden
3. Click on the export tab
4. Download a desktop PNG, observe the PNG is for Sweden ✅
5. Download a mobile PNG, observe the PNG is for France (the default), and that the selection reverts ❌

Expected behaviour

Downloading a mobile PNG or SVG should not change the selection, and the download should be of the chart as you see it.

Workaround

You can save a new draft copy of the chart, update and save the selection you want, then export that.
