Adds RTL layout support by @yousefsami and also Translations for Persian language.
Moved Polish language to experimental area at the moment so in next production release you cannot choose other languages than English.
Still the direction on other languages will be available in github page. This will remain until marketing team decides to lunch of other languages or not.
