chore(example): migrate message pact example

This migrates the message pact example to the new format as with all the other examples. The same broker is used for all the examples, thereby speeding up all tests significantly. The examples are only meant to showcase at a high level howPact is to be used. More thorough examples might be available elsewhere. Signed-off-by: JP-Ellis <josh@jpellis.me>
