Unicodeに文字幅が規定されているので，合成時の源真ゴシック/Inconsolataの割り振りを合わせたい．
MIDDLE DOTのような問題があるので，特性Aの文字については別途検討する．（とりあえず半角で良いのでは？とは思う）

microsoft/terminal#2928
より，Windows Terminal対応を念頭に置いた場合Ambiguousは全て半角が良い．
DejaVu Sans Monoを合成するなどしてAmbiguous文字を全て半角で埋めることを検討．

☃や☎もNeutralであることに対応しないとWindows Terminalには対応出来なさそう．

最新のEastAsianWidth.txtに準拠して #15 の絵文字とDejaVu Sansを切り替える必要がありそう（例：⚡はUnicode 9.0からNeutral->Wideの変更を受けた）
twemojiにもDejaVu Sansにも⚡のグリフが存在し，DejaVu Sansは半角．
