This PR fixes a bug in the query list component (as used in Select) where IME enter and arrow key keyboard events are not ignored, as they should be, causing IME confirmation to result in selecting a value and other sadness.

Reviewers should focus on:

It's a little weird that we already had the isEnterKeyPressed logic mostly in place to catch IME events, but didn't have the actual "is composing" check needed to make it actually do what it was supposed to do. Maybe just an oversight?

• feature: A new feature of the service.
• improvement: An incremental improvement in the functionality or operation of the service.
• fix: Remedies the incorrect behaviour of a component of the service in a backwards-compatible way.

  operation of the service itself.

  performing database surgery, ...) at the time of upgrade for it to succeed.

Note: only one type should be chosen.

How are new versions calculated?

• ❗The break and manual task changelog types will result in a major release!
• 🐛 The fix changelog type will result in a minor release in most cases, and a patch release version for patch branches. This behaviour is configurable in autorelease.
• ✨ All others will result in a minor version release.

I think there's still a separate bug here where pressing Escape while composing closes the Select dropdown, though I think that needs to be fixed in the Overlay component.
