• Solution2 and Solution4 are fully functional.
• I've hidden solutions 1 and 3 into examples/ so code is there but not visible.
• I've also hidden the 06alpha script since its far from working.

Now everything which is visible should more or less work.

We have now a working solution 2 for a generic app (but with a single name so you can't have app01 and app02 BOTH pointing at it, just one at a time).
Before I go for big work to fix this, I'm going to tag this release first :)
