Since
FlaskandBlueprintboth inherit methods fromScaffold, and don't override those methods, they don't show docs specific to Flask vs Blueprint objects. Add a note to every method that is shared, pointing to the blueprint's app-wide equivalent. Also point to the blueprint-specific versions and the app equivalents from each of the blueprint's app-wide methods.fixes #4948
