This work is derived from what I learned with Debian Packaging for capstone
capstone-engine/capstone#2521
Proof I can copy over libcapstone and libosi shared objects, although I don't think the soft links copied over right? but libcapstone.so and libcapstone.so.5 look identical, so maybe things are OK?
