The
alloy-serdedep is unused when just thearbitraryfeature is present. Theserdefeature is enabled foralloy-rpc-types-ethalongside the dep wheneip1186is enabled, because otherwise the proof type does not exist.cargo hack check --feature-powersetalso now works.
